Build a strong foundation in this supportive, beginner-friendly class. You’ll learn key Pilates principles-breath, alignment, control, and strength-through accessible, low-impact movements that condition the whole body. With plenty of guidance, modifications, and progressions, you can move at your own pace while building confidence, stability, and mobility.

New to Pilates or returning to the basics? This is the perfect place to start—and after around 3–4 classes, you’ll likely feel ready to step up to our Dynamic class.

Dynamic
Our Dynamic class is designed for experienced clients who want a powerful, high-energy challenge on the reformer. Expect faster-paced, athletic sequences that build serious strength, control, and endurance.

You’ll move through dynamic flows with heavier spring loads and more complex transitions that challenge your core strength, stability, coordination, and focus like no other. This class is best suited to those with a solid Pilates foundation and confidence on the reformer. Come ready to work hard, sweat, and leave feeling stronger, more powerful, and unstoppable.

PWR & Sculpt
PWR & Sculpt is a high-intensity, fast-paced Pilates class designed to build strength, power, and endurance. Using weights and dynamic movements, this class challenges the entire body with a strong focus on HIIT and boosting cardiovascular fitness. Expect minimal rest, elevated heart rates, and advanced progressions throughout the workout.

This Level 3 class is best suited for those with a high level of fitness who are confident with Pilates fundamentals. Attendees should have completed at least 3–4 beginner classes before joining, as exercises move quickly and require strong control, coordination, and strength. Get ready to sweat and feel the burn.


PWR Jump
Perfect for beginners, this low-impact, high-energy workout uses the jumpboard on the reformer to deliver cardio in a joint-friendly way. Expect dynamic, flowing movements that elevate your heart rate while building strength, stability, and control. It’s fun, sweat-inducing, and accessible - ideal if you’re new to Pilates or looking for a powerful cardio workout without high impact.
Hot Pilates Portadown
Turn up the heat with our Hot Pilates class—set in an infrared-heated studio between 35–42°C. Expect a slow, full-body burn designed to sculpt muscles, build endurance, and challenge your strength while the heat helps you move deeper, sweat harder, and feel amazing afterwards.

The class flows through controlled, low-impact movements that strengthen your core and entire body while improving mobility and stamina. It’s open to all fitness levels—just let your instructor know if it’s your first time and take it at your own pace.

Come ready to sweat, move, and leave feeling strong, energised, and unstoppable. Wear light, form fitting clothes - barefoot or grip socks are acceptable.

Hot PWR Pilates Portadown
Experience the ultimate combination of strength, control, and flexibility in our HOT Mat ‘PWR’ Pilates class. Set in a heated studio (around 35–42°C), this energising session uses dynamic mat-based Pilates to challenge your core, build full-body strength, and improve mobility while the heat helps muscles move more freely and intensifies the workout.

We incorporate light weights and resistance to elevate the burn, helping sculpt and strengthen the entire body while keeping Pilates precision at the core of every movement.

Designed for intermediate to advanced clients. Expect high energy, great tunes, a deep burn, and a serious sweat. 🔥

Hot Yoga Portadown
Step into the heat and flow in our Hot Yoga class, held in a studio warmed to 35–42°C. This energising practice blends strength, balance, and flexibility through a sequence of yoga postures designed to build heat in the body, improve mobility, and calm the mind.

The warmth helps muscles loosen and move more freely, allowing you to deepen stretches while building strength and endurance. Expect a steady, flowing class that will leave you sweating, refreshed, and completely reset.
Suitable for most levels—simply move at your own pace and take breaks when needed. Come ready to sweat, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more centred.
